Directions for Use ... DILDO Kit

Your MYM penis moulding kit has been specifically designed so as to allow you to capture an exciting, user friendly replica of your favourite erect penis. The DIY kit has been carefully put together using non toxic, non allergenic products which are considered safe when in contact with human flesh. The product is designed as an “Adult Novelty” and by following the directions carefully you should be capable of achieving the replica you desire. NB: The two-part silicone cast when fully cured is safe to use.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ ALL THE DIRECTIONS FULLY AND FOLLOW THEM CAREFULLY.

Your MYM kit contains the below listed items:

v       Two (2) bags of moulding powder (in case you blow the first attempt)

v       300mls of our two-part silicone casting material ( colour coded and marked PART “A” & PART “B”)

v       Two (2) mixing containers (Large & Medium)

v       Two (2) mixing sticks

v       One (1) clear plastic moulding container (so you can see!)

v       One (1) Thermometer


Before you commence making your mould you should also, as a matter of importance (and highly recommended) gather the following items which you will require to assist you in preparing the mixture and to aid in cleaning up.

v       An old newspaper (to cover the floor with!)

v       A small hand held electric kitchen mixer (eg; Bamix or Tiffany) a large rubber spatula or wooden spoon (eg: A firm rubber cake mixing spatula is an excellent choice) TIP#1; The hand held electric mixer is the best way to mix the moulding powder and the water.

v       A supply of paper towels.

A number of other items that we believe will also be helpful as you undertake the moulding process are:

v       A clock with a second hand

v       A willing and playful partner to assist with, and in the maintaining of, your erection whilst the moulding mixture is being prepared.

It is much easier to have the “hands on” assistance of your partner in the moulding process than it is to do it on your own. Preparing the mixture takes approximately one (1) minute and it requires both hands, one (1) to hold the bowl and the other to do the mixing and it is important that during this process you can obtain and maintain your erection.  


STEP #1.  Fill the clear plastic moulding container to the top rim with normal tap water at a tepid temperature. Now use your thermometer, which we have supplied, to make certain that your water is at least 27°C. (you may use 28°C water as it will cool slightly when transferred to the large bucket for mixing). You may have to do a little fiddling to get the temp right so please do! Pour this into the large mixing container (this is the large container that your MYM kit was packed in) DO NOT attempt to use warmer water as this will greatly affect the mixing of the moulding powder. This will then be used to mix with the moulding powder.


STEP #2.  Preparing your surroundings and your penis. It is strongly recommended that you do the moulding in a suitable “wet” area and that you cover the floor with the old newspaper. This will catch any of the mixture that is expelled when you insert your erect penis into the moulding container, which will be filled with the prepared moulding mixture. Any expelled moulding mixture is easily removed after the process using the paper towels. Prior to mixing the moulding powder & water it is advisable to start your own preparation and this is where your willing, and “hands on” assistant becomes extremely valuable!! When you feel that the time is right you are then ready for the next steps.


STEP #3.  Take your large container with the now desired temperature water and then open the one (1) bag of your moulding powder and empty the entire contents into the large container. You will immediately notice the powder start to turn PURPLE in colour and now you have only one minute to mix the contents very thoroughly using a combination of your electric mixer & rubber spatula, or alternately a decent wooden spoon. The mixing time is very critical so don’t waste time. (When mixing you may notice some small clumps of powder in the mixture, try to eliminate all of these if possible by using your spatula, or hands if necessary) When using the electric mixer try not to introduce air into the mixture caused when you lift it in and out of the contents.


STEP #4.   Now that you have mixed the moulding powder in the time allowed, you will notice it starting to change colour to PINK. You must now scoop the entire contents back into your clear plastic moulding container and ensure that it is filled to the brim. Again don’t waste time with this step! Once you have done this you will notice the colour becoming a lighter shade of pink so it is important that you now tap the moulding cup gently on the bottom and around the sides to bring any trapped air to the surface.


STEP #5. Now insert your erect penis and balls into the moulding container. (We recommend that you wet your penis with a damp wash cloth before inserting it into the moulding mixture. This is obviously something that your “hands on” assistant will be able to help do!) This stage of the process is a tad messy because your erect penis will expel the excess moulding mixture as you insert it and hence the old newspapers on the floor. As your container is “clear” you will easily be able to check that you have correctly inserted your penis and it is not touching the sides as this will affect the finished product. You must now maintain your erection and hold the moulding container in place for another one (1) – two (2) minutes. The moulding mixture will have after this time cured to a point that your assistant will be able to notice a further change in colour to WHITE and a change in the mixture from a liquid to a solid rubbery like substance.


STEP #6.  After the mixture has cured you can then slowly, but carefully remove your penis. You can now see the detailed impression of your penis in the cured moulding mixture. The container can now be turned upside down on several paper towels and left to stand for a further 30 minutes. This assists with the elimination of any excess water from your mould. The mould will also after this time change back in colour to a deep pink.


STEP #7.  When you have allowed your moulding to cure for 30 minutes at (room temperature) you are now ready to make your silicone cast. To do this stir both jars well and then pour the contents of PART “A” into the smaller mixing container followed immediately by the well mixed PART “B” (part “B” must be added to part “A”). (Do not mix the individual products with the same stick) PART “B” will have the tint colour added to it by us and this part MUST be mixed very thoroughly. Then mix these two parts together very thoroughly using either of the wooden stirrers that are provided in the kit.  You have around 10 minutes of working time with the Silicone so please ensure that it is mixed well and scrape the bottom and the sides of the container several times. After you have thoroughly mixed the silicone you can then let the mixed silicone stand for a few minutes tapping the container gently on a solid bench to assist in eliminating any air bubbles. Any air bubbles that come to the top can be popped with a sharp pointed implement, such as a tooth pick or needle. It should now be around 10 minutes so you can start to pour the silicone mixture into your mould completely filling the impression left by your erect penis. Start by pouring the mixed silicone slowly so as it fills from the lowest point. This will assist with bringing any small air bubbles to the surface as the mould is filled. The completed cast is then left to fully cure at room temperature (not less than 18°C) for 24 hours.


STEP #8.  After approximately 18 hours you can invert your moulding container onto some paper towels. This will allow the moulding mixture combined with your silicone cast to release from the container a little easier. Once you have let the silicone cure for 24 hours you can then safely remove the mould mixture and the cast from the container. Then carefully remove your silicone replica penis from the mould and be amazed!! Before any further use, first wash your new replica penis in a mild soap and water…….now enjoy it however you please!!
