Casting Tips

These tips are provided to assist you in making the perfect mould with your first attempt and to also give you some additional hints when pouring your cast.

Having made many moulds and casts through our “In-House” service we believe that the following tips will prove invaluable to you with your first time moulding/casting efforts. These tips along with our detailed instructions (included in your kit) will hopefully help you achieve your desired result.

Your MYM kit has been designed as an opportunity to not only have some fun with the experience but also provide you with a very durable and exceptionally user friendly replica of your favourite man’s penis. The end result is all up to you, and or your chosen model!! Be careful not to get carried away with the masting or you may in fact end up blowing your first moulding attempt!!

Once you have purchased your MYM kit you should first think about an appropriate time to do the moulding so as to make your moulding session as relaxed and as enjoyable as possible. We recommend that where possible you make the environment for your moulding session as “Mood Friendly” as may be permitted and that your “hands on” assistant is as familiar with the kit, your tackle and the instructions as you are. This little tip takes away any “Stage Fright”.

The moulding powder is manufactured from seaweed and is totally harmless to the skin. It does however have a tendency to stick to a few of your “short & curlies” so we suggest that you either trim these around the base of your penis and scrotum. The best result is achieved where you shave this area completely and have nothing left for the moulding mixture to hang on to! The very brave (those that want to remain wild & woolly) need to apply a cream to their pubes. We have special mould release gel which is expense however we have also found that creams such as “Vaseline Intensive Care” and quality hair conditioners work equally as well. This cream is best applied at the start so as you do not contaminate the moulding mixture with the cream at any stage whilst it is being prepared.

When preparing your moulding mixture first make certain that the water is at the correct temperature (25°C - 27°C). This is the ideal temperature and it should give you sufficient time to mix the powder and water and then transfer the mixture into your moulding sleeve. Be sure to fill the sleeve completely with the mixture. Whilst we have mixed the moulding powder with firm rubber spatulas & wooden spoons (they are easily cleaned) we also use “Bamix” or “Tiffany” brand hand held electric mixers for great results. A combination of the two is ideal as you can use the spatula to scrape the sides of the mixing bowl whilst using the electric mixer to effectively mix the product. When mixing be careful not to mix with an action that will induce air into your mixture as you don’t need air bubbles. Try to “squash” any small lumps in the mixture so as to break them until you have a smooth paste.  Once you have mixed the contents thoroughly (up to 1 minute allowed) transfer the entire contents with the help of your rubber spatula into the moulding sleeve. Then gently tap the moulding sleeve on its base and sides a couple of times as this will help in releasing any unwanted air bubbles.  This whole stage should take you no longer than 1½ minutes and now you have around 30 seconds left to get your models pre-prepared and erect, moistened penis inserted into the sleeve. TIP: Get “angry” with the mixture when mixing by hand!!

ADDITIONAL TIP: Have a “Dry Run” with the sleeve before you start so as you will get an idea of how you will need to stand, pose etc. We suggest that you will be best in a forward tilted position so as your “Hands-on” helper can hold the sleeve as close to the “Vertical” position as possible. In other words have a play around to find out what is going to be a comfortable position for you as you will need to maintain your erection for around 2 minutes from the time you insert it into the sleeve. Remember the entire moulding process is also designed to be fun for you and your “Hands-on” helper!!

We recommend that you undertake your moulding session in a suitable “Wet Area” and place ample old newspaper over the floor as this will make cleaning up afterwards a breeze. When you insert your erect penis into the filled sleeve you are obviously going to expel a certain amount of the mixture. Again this is easily cleaned off afterwards.

When you have fully inserted your penis into the mixture this is the time for you and your “Hands-on” helper to check that your penis is not touching the sides of the sleeve. If you need to make a “Tackle” adjustment do so now so as you can feel your penis totally encased in the mixture. The moulding sleeve has a triangular opening and the more pointed angle is the side to face up closest to the top of the penis. The clear moulding sleeve will provide you with a good view of any thin spots where your penis may be too close to the side of the sleeve thus allowing you to easily see when you have made a “Tackle” positioning correction.

The moulding mixture will now take between 1 – 2 minutes to cure and as it does you will notice it change in colour to WHITE. Once this colour change has occurred you and your “Hands-on” helper will notice that the mixture has changed to a solid with it taking on soft rubbery like characteristics. You can now relax and after a further 1 – 2 minutes you can start to gently ease your penis from the moulding sleeve.

When you begin to remove yourself you will need to do so slowly so as not to tear the mould. If you have started to now lose your erection this will make the de-moulding even easier. As you withdraw you will experience the suction releasing within the mould. Once the suction has released you will be able to withdraw your penis quite easily.

You can now inspect your mould and you will be able to clearly see the impression that you have formed. It does not hurt at this stage to gently pour a small quantity of normal cold tap water into the mould just to assist in rinsing out any small impediments that may have fallen in during the de-moulding process. We suggest that at this point you turn the sleeve complete with its mould upside down on several paper towels for approximately 30 minutes. This will allow any excess water to drain out before you pour your casting silicone. The colour of the mould will slowly start to return to the purple shade also during this time.

Now you can clean up, relax and even have a celebratory drink before you get ready to mix the silicone for your casting.

There is no great rush to pour the casting as we generally don’t do this until at least 45 minutes have expired from the moment of the de-moulding.

When you start to prepare the silicone for mixing ensure that you DO NOT MIX THE PARTS WITH THE SAME MIXING STICK!! You have two (2) mixing sticks so please use them accordingly.

Start by mixing PART “A” first and mix this very thoroughly paying careful attention to scrape the sides and the bottom of the jar very well. Once you have mixed PART “A” pour the contents into the supplied mixing bowl. Now you are ready to very thoroughly mix PART”B”. This part will have your chosen tint colour added to it and you will notice that it will require some gentle, but vigorous, mixing until you have achieved a very even and uniform colour. Ensure that you work the sides and the bottom of the jar very well making certain that the entire contents have been blended with the tint colour. When you have completed this step you can then pour the contents into the mixing bowl containing PART “A”.

NOTE:   PART “B” MUST BE ADDED TO PART “A”

Now you can mix both parts together to gain a uniform consistency and colour. This will usually take at least a couple of minutes. When mixing do so with a slow and even action trying not to induce air into the mixture as this will create unwanted air bubbles that can be difficult to remove. Once you have finished this step you can lightly tap the bowl to assist in bringing any trapped air to the surface before you pour your cast.

When you are ready to pour first check that your mould is clean and free from any foreign particles that may have fallen into it since you have rinsed it out and that there is no excess water left in the mould. (This should have been eliminated during the time you have had it inverted on the paper towels)

You can commence pouring the thoroughly mixed silicone when you are ready. To do this start very slowly and try to pour the mixture directly into the lowest part of your mould and then let it build up slowly. This will help prevent any air from being trapped in the mould and also assist in bring any tiny air bubbles that still remain in your mixture to the surface as it rises in your mould. Once you have completely filled your mould this way you can let it stand at room temperature to cure. (Not less than 18°C) You should stand your now silicone filled mould on a firm flat surface and gently tap the base and sides as this will help in bringing any remaining trapped air bubbles to the surface. If you notice any of these rising to the surface (which you will no doubt do) you can easily pop them using a sharp wooden tooth pick or similar implement.

You must now leave your casting for at least 24 hours so as it can fully cure.

DO NOT BE IMPATIENT WITH THIS STEP OR YOU WILL END UP WITH PROBLEMS!!

After approximately 18 hours you can then invert your moulding sleeve containing your cast onto some more paper towels. This will allow your moulding mixture containing your silicone cast to release from the moulding sleeve making the extraction of the cast in a further 6 hours time so much easier. When you are ready to unveil your cast do so GENTLY. Carefully break/cut or tear away the moulding mixture from your cast in small sections and being careful not to cut into the silicone. You should find that once you have allowed some air in between the moulding mixture and the silicone cast the cast will come away from the remaining moulding mixture without too much trouble. Whatever you do, DO NOT forcibly pull the cast from the mould.

CONGRATULATIONS should now be in order, but first ensure that you gently wash your new MOULDED MAN in luke warm water and mild soap before you embark upon having unlimited fun with it. With proper care and cleaning after each use your new silicone MOULDED MAN should provide you with an exciting new Adult Toy that you can use over and over again!!

NOW ENJOY IT HOWEVER YOU DESIRE!!
